About:

Manon Whittlesey has been an artist, graphic designer and printmaker for the past 20 years. Having graduated from Tufts University's BA/BFA program and attained a Master's in Graphic Design from Creapole in Paris, France, Manon decided to leave France for Bowdoinham in 2006, and has since been working from Bowdoinham.

Artist Statement:

The work, a body of printmaking and painting, is informed by moments in Maine's landscapes. From misty oceans to tiny flora, from birds to mountains, each piece is shaped by the experience of living in Maine.
